Description

"Haavk Personnel Disciplinary Decision" Following an investigation, it was determined that Aramis Orgueil and Athos Leal engaged in a physical altercation in a work area within the base, constituting a serious breach of conduct that caused significant negative impact. Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 12 of the Haavk Code of Conduct for Employees, both individuals are hereby subject to a three-month salary deduction, disqualification from this year's year-end performance evaluation, and demotion in rank. Both individuals are required to submit a written self-review within five days and complete specialized conduct training. Any objections may be submitted to the committee for review within ten days.
