Felix's File

(A comment from Felix's personnel file.) "This individual shows exceptional courage and amazing adaptability in the field, but tends to rely on personal judgment over standard procedure. Multiple mission records show a preference for relying on personal experience rather than established rules when faced with procedural choices. In situations involving gray areas, this tendency should be factored into contingency planning."
