(The following is a statement submitted to the court by Anais Desmoulins.) Desmoulins submitted her personal flight records and the complete flight data from the day of the evaluation, pointing out that the deductions for "poor attitude control" and "slow response in an emergency" on the scorecard deviate from the objective flight data. Desmoulins stated that the instructor did not reference the flight data recorder playback when scoring, but instead based the assessment solely on subjective impression.
